Walden Avocats undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal information provided by users.

Collection of personal data

The personal data communicated by the user by means of the forms available on the Site or by e-mail to the addresses indicated on the Site, as well as the IP addresses relating to his/her Internet connection, are the only personal data likely to be collected by means of the Site and processed by Walden Avocats (hereinafter the ‘Data’).

Recipient of personal data

It is specified that Walden Avocats is the sole recipient of the Data transmitted via this Site, essentially for administrative management purposes. It will not be transferred or rented, whether free of charge or in return for payment, to third parties.

Use of personal data

Walden Avocats also requires all its service providers and/or subcontractors to provide appropriate guarantees to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data.

User rights

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (as amended), all users have the right to access, rectify, port, delete, limit and object to the processing of their personal data. They also have the right to define what happens to their Data after their death. More specifically, he/she has the right to ask Walden Avocats, on condition that he/she can prove his/her identity:

A copy of the Data is delivered free of charge to the user, provided that such a request is not manifestly abusive, in particular by its repetitive or systematic nature.

Users may also object, on legitimate grounds, to their Data being processed by the data controller.
