Julie Vuagnoux

Partner

With 17 years of experience, Julie Vuagnoux advises and litigates in all areas of public business law.

She has significant experience in public procurement and the financing of public projects, mainly infrastructure projects (PPPs, concessions, global contracts), and advises public entities and private operators during the structuring of operations, the award (preparation of bids, negotiation, closing) and the performance phases of contracts.

Julie also regularly advises public and private entities on town planning and environmental law. She has proven experience in renewable energy law (wind power, photovoltaics, biomass, cogeneration, hydrogen) and related litigation.

Lastly, her contractual and regulatory skills allowed her to work on the complex structuring and implementation of real estate projects as part of major public contracts: Marseille’s Vélodrome stadium, the Ministry of Defence at Balard, the new Palais de Justice in Paris, etc. Julie assists its clients in acquiring property from public and private entities (pre-emption rights, expropriation), or in taking on leases (BEA, AOT/COT), and is involved in the sub-contracts concluded to complete the project (design-build, property development, maintenance and interface contracts).

Julie works in both French and English.
